Breakfast, Coffee & Fresh Bread Near Disneyland: My Go-To Bakeries
Whether you’re looking for a simple breakfast, fresh bread to take home, or a good cup of coffee near Disneyland, these are three bakeries I keep coming back to.
More Than a Bakery
When planning a Disneyland trip, there are plenty of dining options to consider, from restaurants inside the parks to character breakfasts and dinner near the hotel. But sometimes, a good bakery is exactly what you need: a fresh pastry in the morning, coffee in the afternoon, or a cake for a family celebration.
Living near Disneyland, I’ve had many chances to try different bakeries. Over time, Porto’s, Paris Baguette, and 85°C Bakery Cafe have become familiar stops. Porto’s is where I often go for breakfast and pastries. Paris Baguette carries cakes my family enjoys, while 85°C is a comfortable place for coffee and bread.
Porto’s Bakery & Cafe in Buena Park
Porto’s is known for pastries and cakes, but I visit the Buena Park location for breakfast as well. The sandwiches are filling, and the prices have felt reasonable for what I order. Having salads and savory dishes on the menu also helps when someone in our group wants something besides pastries.
The bakery gets busy, and the line sometimes stretches outside. During my visits, though, the wait has usually been shorter than the line suggested.
One detail I always notice is the Cuban music playing near the entrance. The music gives the bakery a cheerful atmosphere before I even walk inside.
A Comfortable Place to Sit and Enjoy
The Buena Park location has indoor seating and outdoor tables. I like bringing friends and family because we have room to sit together, whether we order breakfast or coffee with a few pastries.
Ordering is organized into separate areas. An employee helps with pastries from the display cases, while café food, drinks, and prepaid pickups have their own counters or pickup points.
On your first visit, follow the signs or ask an employee which line to join. Knowing where to order and collect your food makes the visit easier.
There are plenty of tables, but availability depends on the crowd. Allow some extra time if you plan to sit down during a busy weekend.
My Favorites at Porto’s
Cheese Roll
The Cheese Roll is one of the pastries I bring home most often. The pastry and sweet cream cheese filling make a simple combination I enjoy with coffee. The size also works well for a small snack or an addition to breakfast.
Ham and Cheese Breakfast Croissant Sandwich
This is usually my breakfast order. The croissant, ham, and cheese are familiar flavors, and the sandwich is filling without feeling too heavy. With coffee, this is a breakfast I have enjoyed on many visits.
Grilled Chicken Cilantro Caesar Salad
Not every visit is about pastries. When I want a salad, I order the Grilled Chicken Cilantro Caesar Salad. I like the chicken with the cilantro Caesar dressing, especially when I want something different from my usual breakfast sandwich.

Paris Baguette
A Familiar Place for Cakes and Bread
Paris Baguette is where I look for fresh bread, a cake, or a small dessert to enjoy with coffee. Whether I am shopping for a birthday, a family gathering, or something to share at home, I already know several items my family likes.
Prices are not always the lowest among nearby bakeries. Familiar favorites are the main reason I shop here, especially when I need a cake and do not want to try an unfamiliar bakery for the occasion.
My Favorites at Paris Baguette
Blueberry Yogurt Cake
This is my favorite cake from Paris Baguette. I prefer desserts without heavy sweetness, and the Blueberry Yogurt Cake tastes lighter to me than cakes with thick frosting. For birthdays and family gatherings, this is usually one of the first cakes I look for.
Roll Cake
A roll cake is another familiar purchase when a full celebration cake feels like too much. Slices are easy to share at home and go well with coffee. I also like having this option for a small gathering without buying a larger decorated cake.

85°C Bakery Cafe in Anaheim
Coffee, Bread, and Room to Sit
The Anaheim 85°C Bakery Cafe is in a large shopping center with 99 Ranch Market and several restaurants. Parking has not been a problem during my visits. The lot is large, and there are other places to shop or eat nearby.
Inside, the bakery is spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs. There is enough room to sit with bread and drinks instead of taking everything to go.
The beverage pickup counter sits beside the bread checkout area. Prepared drinks come from this separate station, which makes picking up coffee convenient after paying for bread.
My Favorites at 85°C
Iced Sea Salt Coffee
Iced Sea Salt Coffee is one of my regular orders. The coffee comes with a layer of cream on top. My preference is to drink through the lid without stirring first, so I taste the cream and coffee together.
Maple Danish
The Maple Danish is another favorite, although I have not found one on every visit. On some occasions, I have called before driving over to ask whether the bakery had any available.
Calling ahead is useful when you are making a trip for one particular pastry. Stock still changes, so an earlier phone call does not reserve an item.
Hokkaido Custard Bun and Red Bean Bread
I also buy Hokkaido Custard Buns and Red Bean Bread. I have enjoyed red bean pastries for years, so these are familiar choices among the wider selection.
Fresh Bread for Home
Beyond individual pastries, 85°C sells sliced bread and full loaves. I use the bread for sandwiches, toast, and French toast at home.
For French toast, I dip the slices in eggs and milk with a little vanilla and cinnamon, then cook them until golden. Maple syrup goes on top. This is one of my favorite ways to use bread from the bakery for breakfast at home.

Final Thoughts
These are familiar bakeries I have enjoyed over many visits, with different favorites at each. Sometimes the plan is breakfast with friends. Other days, I need a cake or bread for home.
For a Disneyland visit, there is no need to fit all three into the schedule. Pick a bakery near somewhere you already plan to go, leave a little time to sit if you want, and check ahead when you have a particular cake or pastry in mind.
